A bank needed to dispose of a performing asset, which included a Nobel Learning Center. Bank executives, who knew of our relationship with Nobel, contacted us when they received title to the pre-school/elementary school property through a portfolio default.

We assisted all parties to restructure a new long-term lease that met everyone’s objectives.
RESULTS
Nobel achieved a lower rental rate, the bank achieved a marketable lease, and the REIT buyer acquired a property at fair value. We satisfied all parties and increased value for everyone.
